Our Project for the Summer Term is “Travel”!
This term the children will be making their own passports and jumping aboard ‘Children’s House Airways’ to journey around the globe!
Our project for the Spring Term is “All About Me!”
Learning about ourselves is a fundamental part of childhood development, especially as children start to ask questions about who they are and how they are the same, or different, from others.
Our Project for the Autumn Term is ‘A World of Plants and trees!’
The children were so excited about our fabulous new sensory garden which we planted last term that we’ve decided to base this term’s project on the plants and trees that grow around us.
Our project for the Summer Term is “MiniBeasts”!
As the weather gets a bit warmer, it’s time to start thinking about embracing opportunities for outdoor learning!
Looking at minibeasts helps us to learn about how we care for other creatures and for our environment.

Our Project for the Spring Term is ‘A World of Plants and trees – Habitats!’
Last term’s project about plants and trees was such a big hit with our children that we’ve decided to extend this further by looking at the different types of plant habitats at home and around the world, and the multitude of different plants and trees that we find there.

Our project for the Autumn Term is “Journeys & Transport”!
Children are naturally curious about the different types of vehicles that they see; how they move, what we transport in them and where we find them. This term we will be looking at the different types of transport that we find today, and also in days gone by, with loads of great opportunities to learn through play.
